PROGRAM

GB ANTI-BULLYING PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS

The organization develops anti-bullying programs for children and teenagers.

 

There is no question about it: bullying is a real problem in communities. And there is also no question that Gracie Barra has developed a strong, effective program to counteract the negative effects of bullying and help decrease bullying behaviors.

Through leverage-based techniques and verbal assertiveness, GRACIE BARRA (GB) teaches children to neutralise the situation without reacting with a violent response. GB does not teach children how to punch or kick, as GB believe this often does more harm than good in the situation. All the techniques are purely defensive and utilize no strikes. Furthermore, GB teaches children how to defuse confrontations with words and never to initiate physical aggression. 

 

In the Gracie Barra Kids program, they teach the children how to fight fire with water so that you never have to worry about your child becoming a bully under our guidance including:

  • Improve children’s social skills

  • Enhance self-confidence

  • Better understanding of goal-setting and working towards them

  • Learn the GB Self-Defense System

  • Increase focus, energy and concentration

  • Enjoy significant gains in overall fitness level

Any couple that trains martial arts starts off by making a commitment to get healthier together.

That means they’re always on the same page when it comes to training schedules, food choices and goals.

By having a shared desire to get healthier and stronger, they have chosen to embark on the same journey (and of course, reach their destination) together – as a team.
